Terms of Use

License Grant:

Clyra grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your device for personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms.

Restrictions:

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Copy, modify, distribute, or attempt to extract the source code of the App unless explicitly permitted by applicable law.
• Use the App in any way that violates any law, regulation, or the rights of any third parties.

Account Requirements:

Some features of Clyra may require you to create an account. If so, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Keep your account information up to date and secure.
• Notify us immediately if you believe your account is being used without authorization.

User Responsibilities:

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you. You agree to use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and not to use it for any unlawful purposes.

Subscription Plan:

Clyra offers subscription-based services for premium features, which include additional cleaning tools, advanced optimization features, and removal of ads. Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select at the time of purchase.

Payment Terms:

Payment for subscription plans is processed through Apple's in-app purchase system. The subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current billing cycle unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.

Trial Period:

Some subscription plans may offer a free trial period. Once the trial period ends, you will be charged unless you cancel the subscription before the trial expires.

Updates:

Clyra may periodically update the App to improve its functionality, add new features, or address bugs. These updates will be available for download through the App Store. By continuing to use the App, you agree to receive updates automatically when they become available.

Modifications to Features or Pricing:

Clyra reserves the right to modify or discontinue any features of the App, either temporarily or permanently, at any time, without notice. We may also change the pricing structure or introduce new subscription models. Any such changes will be communicated to you via the app or our website.

User-Generated Content:

You retain ownership of the data (e.g., photos, videos, contacts, and other content) that you upload or provide to Clyra. However, by using the App, you grant Clyra a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and analyze such content in order to provide the App's services, including cleaning and organizing files or media.

Responsibility for Content:

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you upload or share via Clyra complies with applicable laws, including intellectual property and privacy laws. Clyra is not responsible for any content you upload or the consequences of uploading such content.

Data Collection:

Clyra collects certain types of data, including device information, usage statistics, and permissions granted by you for the purpose of providing the cleaning and optimization services. For a complete explanation of how we collect, use, and protect your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

No Sale of Data:

Clyra does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We only share data with third-party services in limited situations, such as when required for app functionality or compliance with legal obligations.

"As-Is" Basis:

Clyra is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the App's functionality, performance, or availability at all times.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clyra will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App or your inability to use the App.

No Guarantee of Data Loss Prevention:

While Clyra is designed to help you clean and optimize your device, we do not guarantee that all files will be recoverable after being deleted. Always ensure you have backups of important data.
